  Responsibilities:

  · Supervise and provide guidance to a team of QA engineers to ensure top-quality product delivery.

  · Develop, implement, and manage the overarching QA strategy for products and services based on machine lea
  ing.

  · Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, machine lea
  ing scientists, and product managers.

  · Create and execute testing plans, encompassing both manual and automated test cases.

  · Keep track of QA results and metrics, and communicate findings to senior management.

  · Lead efforts to identify the root causes and solve complex issues within projects.

  · Stay updated on the latest QA tools, frameworks, and best practices and promote their adoption across the QA team.

  · Ensure adherence to industry and company quality standards.

  Requirements

  · Hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  · Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA role, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  · Have extensive knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  · Understand the lifecycle of machine lea
  ing products.

  · Demonstrate strong skills in assessing data quality.

  · Show a track record of crafting clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

  · Be familiar with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

  · Have experience with cloud-based services and architectures.

  · Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.

  · A background in the health, finance, or climate industry is a plus.

  · Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
