  Job Overview

  The Infrastructure, Cloud, and Emerging Technology Senior Resource is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the organization’s technology infrastructure, cloud services, and staying at the forefront of emerging technology trends. This role involves managing the design, implementation, and optimization of IT systems to support the company’s strategic objectives.

  Key Resonsiblities

  1.    Infrastructure Management:       •     Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure.Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of servers, networks, and data centers. Collaborate with IT teams to address infrastructure-related issues promptly.       2.    Cloud Services: Manage cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Develop and execute cloud migration strategies. Optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency and scalability.       3.    Emerging Technology Assessment: Stay current with emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on the organization. Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks for adoption. Develop business cases for implementing emerging technologies.       4.    Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of IT strategies aligned with the organization’s goals. Provide input on budgeting, resource allocation, and technology roadmaps.  dentify opportunities for technology-driven innovation.       5.    Security and Compliance: Ensure infrastructure and cloud services comply with security standards and regulations. Implement security best practices to protect data and systems. Lead incident response and recovery efforts related to technology security breaches.       6.    Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure and manage technology solutions. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and communicate technology-related updates.       7.    Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.       8.    Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Conduct regular testing and simulations to ensure readiness.

  Qualifications and What to look for

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  2. Relevant Experience : min 6 yrs for Jr SME and 10 years of Sr. SME

  3. Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent are a plus.

  4. In-depth knowledge of infrastructure technologies, cloud platforms, and emerging tech trends. Understanding of IT security and compliance requirements.

  5. Strong project management and budgeting skills.

  6. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  7. Excellent communication , leadreship abilities, & Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  Location / Duration / Timings

  Mumbai / 2 yrs / Normal working hours in genarl with ocassional stretch that will be compensated, Laptop to be carried as BYOD
