  Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and experience
  
  5. Must have skills:
  •: overall 8 to 10yrs in that 4+ years of experience as Scrum Master in Agile development
  • Strong understanding of Scrum/Kanban.
  • Hands-on experience on ADO(Azure DevOps) Boards/Jira boards.

  Hands-on experience either in ADO(Azure DevOps) Boards or Jira boards – If Jira Boards then candidates should have 4+ years of exp or if ADO Boards then candidate should have 2+ years of exp.
  
  6. Nice to Haves:
  • Certified Scrum Master CSM or similar Agile certification is preferred.
  
  
  7. Tasks & responsibilities
  • Serves as dedicated Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
  • Leverage your ADO(Azure DevOps) expertise to design, configure, and maintain ADO boards that effectively visualize work items, workflows, and team progress.
  • Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team’s progress.
  • Keep Agile boards up to date and prepare status reports
  • Collaborate with Product Owner, stake holder and development team to prioritize and groom product backlog.
  • Encourage culture of continuous improvement by regularly inspecting and adapting the team’s
