• Job Description

   

  The JD should be based on the below responsibilities of the Role - Functional Lead.

   

  a. Functional Lead for the FO Product Tower. Functional Global template.

  b. Bring cross-functional perspective and integrate various teams for D365, Bullho
  and Roma.

  c. Responsible for advising and supporting existing or new ATS & CRM business processes.

  d. Functional specialist to provide high level solutions for the issues or conce
  s that need process validation and corrections, SaaS release impact analysis

  e. Solution deployment, environment management, high level design, peer review, configuration review, team management, requirement analysis

  f. Will start as a specialist in either CRM or ATS, from Y2 onwards will be cross functional for complete FO Tower

  g. Triage and analysis of requirements (enhance) and tickets (operate)

  h. Co-ordinate with business users for issues resolution and signoffs

  i. Refine / elaborate stories based on business requirements and process design

  j. Ensure that stories have sufficient details so that developers are able to estimate and work with them

  k. Application configuration management

  l. Support technical team

  m. Problem Management

  n. Create SOP guides
