· 7+ years of experience in UNIX/Linux infrastructure.
· Expert level knowledge of Linux ( Solaris/AIX knowledge is preferred )
· Operational knowledge of Veritas Cluster Server (VCS)
· Very Good understanding of SAN/NAS setup for Linux/Unix Servers.
· Strong knowledge to support SAN/NAS Migrations.
· Experience / Troubleshooting TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, NFS.
· Experience in VMware/ESX servers to configure and support Linux VM’s
· Ability to develop Shell Scripts as per requirements.
· Effective in dealing with Crisis calls/Critical issues for business critical services
· Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
· Ability to work under pressure, takes ownership, time management and delivers to commitments.
· Very good communications and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively as a team player.
· Proven experience in managing and building relationship with business partners and customer service.
· Should be well versed with ITIL concepts and more specific understanding of Service operations activities.
· Should have experience/knowledge over Agile & DevOps functioning
