Job Description:

• Job Description (Ansible Galaxy architect/designer)

  Position : 1

  We need an automation developer to build a private automation hub using the open source Ansible Galaxy version.

  Job Duties

  • Architect, design and build Private Ansible Hub or Ansible Galaxy for three environments (Development, UAT and Production)

  • Help in writing and establishing the guidelines for contributing and consuming collections from Ansible Galaxy

  • Ensure that environment is built as per Northe
  ’ s Business continuity and Security control standards (Disaster recovery, vulnerability and audit standards etc.) .

  • Create projet documentation (Design documents, installation guides, support guides etc.)

  Experience : 3+ year of experience in Ansible and Python

  Qualification: Bachelors or Masters in Computers

  Required Skills

  • Experience in building and supporting automations platforms (Ansible Tower, Ansible Galaxy etc.) for large enterprises

  • 3+ years of experience with automation development using Ansible and python

  • Shell scripting/PowerShell experience

  • Experience Shell Scripting (BASH) and Python scripting on RedHat Linux 6 and above.

  • Extensive experience in building and consuming ansible collections.

  • Use of GIT based source code repositories (Github, bitbucket etc.)

  • Proficient writing and utilizing IAC (Infrastructure As Code)

  Good To have Skills

  • Web applications development experience

  • Exposure to agile methods including BDD, TDD

  • Experience with containers technologies – Docker/Kube

  Shift Timings: 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm IST (2 am to 10 am CST)
