  Key Responsibilities: Verify impact to adjacent services/systems and Validate deployment and support model Qualify technical acceptance of all components Ability to communicate effectively at all levels through a variety of mediums both verbally and written. Able to recommend global engineering standards as necessary. Be familiar with architecture patte s and product use case. Experience working with 3rd party vendors, on design as well as strategy and POC initiatives (familiarity with product evaluations essential). Good team player, with the ability to virtually manage and coordinate resources across multiple countries. Experience working within large global enterprise IT environments. Be able to work in a dynamic, global, 24 x 7 environment. Experience with DevOps tools such as GITHub, Confluence, and Jira Demonstrate analytical and problem management skills to drive the resolution and prevent reoccurrence. Ensure deliverables are met on time and to high levels of quality. Identify & manage architecture risks and contribute to mitigate the same. Understand the set objectives and work collaboratively with the team to achieve organizational goals. Understanding of automation tools including Ansible, Terraform.. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS Setup automation(s) to take out waste Consolidate and reduce infrastructure complexity Develop Cloud based infrastructure platforms and  deliver infrastructure, platform etc. “as a Service” by working with Business & other DevOps teams Determine the strategic direction and execute in each of the Technology areas under Enterprise Services responsibility Risk and Cost Management Ensure Service Quality Targets are met for offered services Business stakeholder management to define product roadmaps and market available capabilities Write development code, understand a DevOps Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipeline, and build automated test scripts (for infrastructure products and upgrades), and build automation interfaces between systems
