• Job Description

  Knowledge & Experience • Expert Level Excel User – Ability to write/maintain macros, pivots and develop senior management level reporting • Expert Level MS Power Point – Support of reporting and management decks. • Strong knowledge of key CTO toolsets – EIM, UCMDB, SCCM, Unico , Splunk, DBAi, Tableau,Qliksense/Qlikview. • Strong working knowledge of collaboration tooling such as SharePoint, Jira and Confluence • Knowledge of risk and control methodologies and frameworks. • Experience or working knowledge of risk methodologies and tools. • Educated to degree level and / or evidence of significant experience in data management, analytics and dashboards • Strong knowledge of IT product security vulnerability management.  Planning and managing their impact and remediation. • Strong Unix/Linux/Windows knowledge or other IT Infrastructure skills. • Good team player with the ability to coordinate with resources across multiple locations. • In-depth understanding of patch management processes and practices • Working knowledge of information security risk management processes and controls. • Knowledge of Patch management services to meet current and on-going technology needs. • Ability to interpret data and add value to the business decision making process. • Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations, networks and/or scheduling • Ability to prioritise own work and work of others to deliver to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing environment. • Outstanding communication and inter personal skills to enable the incumbent to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, peer groups and senior managers within ITID • Knowledge of reporting and tracking tools. • Experience working globally with strong cultural awareness. • Superior analytical/problem solving and critical thinking skills. • Creative independent thinker. • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills. • Strong working knowledge of patch management tools and techniques.
