• Job Description

  ·      Ideal candidate should be able to:

  • Develop new MS Excel VBA applications
  • Participate in requirement gathering phase and, perform process analysis to provide best-in-class solution
  • Do proactive questioning/clarifying on business requirements and, carrying out relevant verbal/written communication
  • Analyze and convert business requirement in VBA based solutions
  • Perform Effort estimation analysis for any given project
  • Carry out detailed documentation for requirements and technical specification, based on business needs
  • Perform object-oriented analysis and design scalable solution
  • Logically break the code on modular level
  • Reverse engineer existing VBA application by debugging and stepping through the code
  • Perform diligent testing to ensure optimal performance by application
  • Quickly grasp the domain knowledge for better solution designing
  • Relevant experience in End-to-End project management and global stakeholder management
  • Knowledge and experience in Project management process preferred
  • Advanced Excel certification is must, PMP/ Prince2 preferred
  • Knowledge on Typical Management report in below area:
  • Portfolio Management
  • IT Project Management (Status Updates, Milestones, RAIDs)
  • Data Quality reports
  • Knowledge of Banking Domain is preferred
  • Experience on MS Office tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Confluence

   

  ·      Skills:

  • Advanced MS Excel 2007/2010/2013 (Complex formulas/operations/Add-Ins) .
  • Expertise in Visual Basics for Applications (VBA) is must.
  • SharePoint knowledge is must. (Site admin, List création etc.)
  • Ability to plot and change Pivots, Array formulas, Lookups and custom functions on MS Excel using VBA.
  • SQL, ODBC, and other data connections.
  • Knowledge of programming principles for modular and object-oriented designing.

  Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and develop new MS Excel 2007/2010/2013 VBA application
  • Maintain and improve existing VBA applications
  • Assist in migrating existing applications to new platforms
  • Communicate stakeholders about projects development progress
  • Handle project independently and adhere to agreed timelines
