  Proven experience/working knowledge of: - HIP Global Gove ance and Controls team, are responsible for the effective gove ance, oversight and management of risks, controls, issues, compliance and audit related activities Guide HIP colleagues on vulnerability topics, while communicating and embedding good risk management within the domain - Provide interface between multiple functions to facilitate an acceptable outcome for all participants - Provide support/coaching to Agile Leads and Product Owners to ensure compliance with the Agile Ways of Working Framework, with special focus on Agile Principles and transparency for OKRs, Roadmaps and QBRs - Ensure HIP Gove ance and Controls teams understand the blockers, dependency and risk of each vulnerability. To be able to assist in resolving, ownership, acceptance and mitigation as required, working with Control Owners and Risk Leads to ensure effective tracking - Manage expectations, results and impact of agreed outcomes, thinking ahead to identify and overcome potential issues, benefiting from a good network to collectively identify and mitigate risk - Management Information (MI) – to support the creation of relevant MI required to properly control the position of the estate in terms of risks, issues, audit actions and security tools deployment. Reporting to numerous stakeholders such as Hybrid Integration Platform Exco, Service Owners and Enterprise Infrastructure Risk Leads, CTO Agile Leads and Transformation Projects - Identification of continuous improvements, highlighting these to the Gove ance and Controls team and agreeing the appropriate action(s), which may involve presentation to other teams such as EI Risk Leads and ownership of the deliverable(s)

  Key Skills

  Proven experience/working knowledge of: - Gove ance and Risk Management/Regulatory control function within the Financial Services industry - ITIL , foundation level qualified as a minimum - Agile, ideally Agile Lead or Coach (preferably Agile Scrum Master qualified)  - Process design and continuous improvement - Project management / delivery background - Agile tools such as Jira / Kanban - Service Management ticketing and workflow tools such as ServiceNow - Content/document/presentation management tools such as  Confluence, Microsoft office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) - MI/Reporting tools such as QlikView/sense, Grafana, Splunk
