    Roles and Responsibilities:

    •             Handling 3 apps in salesforce

    •             Responsible for gathering requirements from business users, prioritize the PBIs for each sprint, write acceptance criteria for the PBIs and assign the works to developers and QA resources.

    •             Review the estimates provided by Dev/QA for each PBI

    •             Perform UAT testing once the PBIs are moved to Demo state in ADO

    •             Demo the PBIs to the business users before releasing them into production.

    •             Last week of each sprint, write requirements for next release work items.

    •             Introduce new Salesforce feature to business if that creates value to the company.

    •             Perform POCs for the requirement, prepare design flow and finalize the approach with business.

    •             Connect with other app owners if there is any dependency in the work items that’s been committed.

    •             Raise IT gove
    ance ticket for integration requirements.

    •             Handle service now tickets for all the three apps.

    •             Log a change request in service now for monthly releases.

    •             Attend the daily stand up with technical team.

     

    Skills:

    •             Document Process flow and Functional Specifications with different use cases

    •             Thorough understanding on Requirement Analysis, Product Mapping with Business Requirements, documentation, CRM system setup, configuration and Data Migration

    •             Understanding of overall SFDC architecture & landscape, good understanding of Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, and Triggers. Excellent communication skills experience on Lead management, Account Management, Salesforce lightning.

    •             Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Communities, Chatter, Salesforce and other Salesforce ecosystem.

    •             Lead delivery teams to execute all project implementation phases including project planning, requirements gathering, solution design, development, system, and user testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support. Manage customer relationships and day-to-day interactions escalations.

    •             Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques Superior presentation and demonstration skills.

    •             Prepare estimations effort and cost estimations to augment sales proposals Support at exte
    al and inte
    al customer facing events as a technical representative to support business calls Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof Of Concepts (POC)

    •             Work with Architect and Developers to transform new requirements into Salesforce.com design and implementation.
