  Must Have/ Nice to Have

  Understanding of architecture SPA, MPA, MVC

  Conceptual understanding of ServerSide rendering vs ClientSideRendering

  Best practices suggestion on SEO – beyond SEO keywords. An expert who understands how redirects  work when migrating from old sites to new sites, performance improvements of websites by analysing GSC(Core web vitals), Pagespeed insight, Semrush from Technical SEO implementation perspective.

  Understanding of following SEO components: • Crawlability • Renderability • Crawl budget

  Ability to work with UI Lead/architect to solution the SEO practices and having understanding of React, Next JS, Headless implementation, CSS

  Hands on experience in Google Search Console, to understand issues with indexing, crawling, data structures

  Good understanding of CRO and A/B testing, organic vs paid traffic

  Understanding of sitemap, job feeds, job posting, structures and how to optimize them

  Awareness of Sitecore. Reference implementation of Digital marketing engine

  Implementation needs to be audit standard ready of different countries.  1) Search engine capability - keyword search should be worth it, adding to scalability / apt traffic add   2) Sitecore implementation (as per guidelines)

  Ability to keep lea ing and bring in awareness. - Biz sense for key words required to attract traffic - e.g. with Rakesh ref use of Google font (leaks info to Google) - Implement the right solution able to stand to audit
