  Accountabilities

   

  •           Be the Change Management technical expert on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM), while advising on leveraging configurations vs. customizations.

   

  •           Support efforts for Service-specific process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/future-state processes during workshops with the Change Management team and business stakeholders

   

  •           Advise on ways to leverage the ServiceNow platform to transform our current processes.

   

  •           Lead design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Industry Workflow Solution technology (ITSM)

   

  •           Guide us through the ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring knowledge transfers, producing process documentation and helping to deliver proof of concepts.

   

  •           Draft and review user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy

   

  •           Guide and provide ad-hoc oversight/training

   

  •           Create and maintain architectural documents, process flows, database structures and other technical documentation (in line with agreed development standards)

   

  •           Perform hands on development on the ServiceNow platform leveraging all ServiceNow technologies and capabilities; Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SSO, Mid-servers, and more

   

  •           Deliver Automated Test Scripts to test the Change process during process changes and platform upgrades.
