  Roles and Responsibilities: <The Consultant will have the following broad responsibilities:

  Ø Provide high-level solution design and integration design

  Ø Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives.

  Ø Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables

  Ø Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture

  Ø Lead design workshops with the client.

  Ø Enrich and develop reusable (accelerators, enablers) for SAP Concur>

  Experience and skill set required: < The candidate should hold a Degree/ Masters on Information Technology or an MBA Graduate

  Should have the following skills:

  o 10+ years of SAP experience as an SAP Solution Architect having experience in SAP Concur who have done atleast 4 implementation projects as a lead consultant.

  o Lead development of SAP Concur solution blueprint to meet business requirements.

  o Successful delivery of Travel and Expense technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SAP – Concur Integration Support (SAP or S4/HANA), SAP Interfaces Monitoring and maintenance, Cognos Reporting. This includes implementation and/or extension of SAP Concur applications

  o Familiarity with Cloud Products like SAP Cloud for customers, SAP BTP, SAP B1, SAP Cloud For Travel, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, Coupa and SAP SuccessFactors including SAP Concur as primary skill

  o Assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SAP Concur Travel and Expense solutions.

  o Assist clients in comparison of Travel and Expense application solutions and making recommendations as to the best-fit for the client’s needs Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP Concur and the future strategic direction of the application roadmap.

  o Understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize Concur Expense & Request modules to support business needs.

  o Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP ERP systems and concur.

  o Ability to facilitate workshops and to identify business requirements.

  o Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline

  o Strong problem solver with the ability to analyze cause and effect relationships

  o Proactively propose alte
  ate solutions to the customer as and when needed

  o Showcase ownership to resolve / coordinate issues within SLA>
