    We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated On-Site Engineer to join our team, to take the responsibility of providing technical support and maintenance for our cutting-edge systems at a financial services client located in Bangalore.
    You will work collaboratively with both inte
    al and exte
    al technical teams to ensure the efficient operation of our technology solutions all the time along with addressing the technical issues.

     

     

     

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    On-Site Support: Serve as primary technical point of contact for the client, providing on-site support for all systems.
    Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the health and performance of the systems, ensuring that they are operating optimally. Perform regular maintenance activities that are needed, including both hardware and software updates combined with configuration changes, to keep systems up to date.
    Troubleshooting and Issue resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner and effectively. Escalate complex problems to appropriate inte
    al teams and coordinate to find solutions.
    Incident Management: Respond to incidents and service requests raised, adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs) and follow established incident management processes.
    Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with client partners, understanding their requirements and proactively address their conce
    s. Serve as a technical advisor to the client, providing guidance on the standards and best practices.
    System Enhancements and Upgrades: Collaborate with the stakeholders to implement system enhancements and upgrades. Ensure proper testing and validation activities.
    Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions for the stakeholders to enhance their understanding of the platform. Share technical knowledge and best practices with both inte

    al teams for the continuous improvement.
    Required skillset:
    Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, Device Deployment. AV troubleshooting.
    Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
    Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations appropriately.
    Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Client Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand and fulfil client requirements while providing exceptional customer service. Proactive in anticipating client needs and exceeding their expectations.
    Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as required.
    Bachelor\'s Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
