  Principal responsibilities

  
  
  

  1. Developers to build prod-ready models that will help with content extraction and classification from images and text based sources

   

  1. Work with business and transformation teams to understand & formulate application specific design

   

  1. Collaborative with product managers, technical teams.

   

  1. Create, test and iterate new and existing products and features.

   

  1. Design and Build Python/ML/OCR-based components

   

  1. Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.

   

  1. Should be able to troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.

   

  1. Experience is preferred in Agile/DevOps areas

  
  
  

  Requirements Must have:

  
  
  

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience in Design and Development out of which 3-5 years in OCR.

   

  • Strong knowledge of Python and algorithms.

   

  • Well versed with Images Processing (OpenCV).

   

  • Understands tesseract or be able to build OCR based models.

   

  • Hands-on experience with Images and patte
    recognition for text extraction from images.

   

  • Driven and independent with good communication.

   

  • Consistent track record of project delivery and ownership.

   

  • Proficient in communication and presentation skills

  
  
  

   Good to have:

  
  
  

  • Understands CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins, ansible and DevOps

   

  • Experience with ML frameworks like michelangelo, etc.

   

  • Experience in Django, flask or To
    ado.

   

  • Hands-on experience with Spacy/RASA
