  Job Summary:

  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lotus Notes/Domino Consultant with expertise in Office 365 migration to join our team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and executing the migration of Lotus Notes/Domino applications and infrastructure to the Office 365 platform. You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their business requirements, design the migration strategy, and implement a successful migration plan. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of Lotus Notes/Domino and Office 365, coupled with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of Lotus Notes/Domino infrastructure and applications to identify migration requirements, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements for the migration to Office 365.

  • Develop migration strategies and plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.

  • Design and implement efficient and scalable migration solutions for Lotus Notes/Domino applications, databases, and workflows to Office 365.

  • Perform data migration tasks, including data extraction, transformation, and loading to ensure accurate and seamless transfer of data from Lotus Notes/Domino to Office 365.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any migration-related issues or technical challenges that arise during the migration process.

  • Provide guidance and training to end-users on Office 365 features and functionality to ensure a smooth transition and maximize user adoption.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, security, and application development teams, to integrate Office 365 services and solutions with existing systems.

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in Lotus Notes/Domino, Office 365, and related technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications will be a plus.

  • Proven experience as a Lotus Notes/Domino Consultant, with a strong focus on migration to Office 365.

  • In-depth knowledge of Lotus Notes/Domino infrastructure, applications, and databases.

  • Expertise in Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.

  • Strong understanding of migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Proficient in scripting languages such as LotusScript, JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders at various levels.

  • Project management skills to plan and execute migration projects within defined timelines and budgets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with third-party migration tools and utilities for Lotus Notes/Domino to Office 365 migrations.

  • Knowledge of hybrid environments, including coexistence between Lotus Notes/Domino and Office 365.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Active Directory integration with Office 365.
