  • Participate in the discovery phase along with the customer and the application team to identify the Training Need based on the various modules, personas, and transactions in the application.
  • Familiar with the various models (preferably ADDIE), and tools and technologies in the eLea
    ing stream to perform activities pertaining to Instructional Design and Courseware development.
  • Familiar with development of application-based simulation using tools such as Adobe Captivate, SAP Enable Now and Articulate storyline.
  • Open to lea
    new tools & technologies (specifically Whatfix) in the simulation stream to fulfil the customer’s requirement.
  • Define the Content Outline for the overall training engagement.
  • Develop the content (simulations) for the various transactions/workflows of the application and deploy it on Whatfix for self-paced lea
    ing.
  • Address all feedback received from the customer for the developed content on the workflows/simulations/transactions.
  • Content Support: Support customers end users for any content related issues pertaining to the content developed using Whatfix and deployed on the Whatfix platform
  • Liaison between the customer and the Wipro content development team members with respect to Project Management of the Training deliverables, timely reviews and managing the scope, quality, and schedule.
