    Job Description:

    1. Project Overview: CASS Remediation Activity

    2.  Role: The candidate would be performing reconciliation of account opening data between NT vs Sub Custodian and performing remediation on the discrepancies identified.

    3. Experience Level: Level 1 (Min 2 years of experience)

    4. Qualifications: B.Com, BBM, M.Com or MBA

    5. Nice to Haves:

    • People with relevant experience who have had an exposure on segregated account opening and works to ensure documentation exceptions are adhered to the market specific regulatory guidelines along with Global Sub-Custody Account opening process will be preferred.

    6. Must have skills:

    • Financial knowledge.
    • Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and clients.
    • Good communication and negotiation skills, to manage expectations.
    • Ability to work in demanding situations with time sensitive deadlines and ability to interpret complex process guidelines/handle exceptions while processing.
    • Effective interpersonal skills required to consult with inte
      al and exte
      al partners, including contacts at sub-custodians
    • Attention to detail, ability to perform stringent and exhaustive secondary review responsibilities, excellent communication and coordination skills

    7. Tasks & responsibilities:

    • Facilitates activities required to review and validates account opening details, Client details and etc.. Ensures activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner
    • Full ownership for one or more processes, reports and/or procedures.
    • Handling and processing of transactions within predefined established guidelines
    • Responsible for checking and authorization of any account opening.
    • Involvement in performing quality checks and inte
      al audits as per requirement
    • Delivers a work product that requires less revision
    • Able to facilitate discussions with inte
      al and exte
      al parties and reach decisions through collaboration
    • Ability to handle client inquiries and discussions on the phone. Represent the team in such discussions/forums
