    ·         We are currently seeking an experienced, skilled information technology candidate to join our growing organization in the role of Senior Business Analyst with Min 7+ years of exp. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of technology services through support and maintenance of the technology estate and delivery of new services as well as management of existing services as per defined product roadmap.


    ·         This role demands responsibility for prioritizing the work with the Product Owner, clarifying requirements, Project Planning and tracking, responsible performing gap analysis, coordinate with different teams & stakeholders, assist in testing and actively get involved in production issues.


    ·         Candidate needs to be well versed in Trade Life Cycle.


    ·         Participate and contribute to the relevant workshops (business and IT) which aims to clarify requirements and scope definition.


    ·         Documentation of current state of systems or processes linked to this project.


    ·         Carrying out the analysis required to iron-out or beef up the business requirements, this will require effective working relationship with associated system SME’s.


    ·         Appropriate walkthrough be carried out and ensure sign-offs are secured to finalise the document


    ·         Participate in the applicable test phases ensuring that systems are tested thoroughly according to the business requirements and functional specification document


    ·         Creation of applicable documentations (e.g. System documents) as and when applicable


    ·         Support the Project Manager in completing the applicable Non Functional Requirements (NFR)


    ·         Maintain full and up-to-date understanding of the business strategy


    ·         At least 8 years of hands on experience as a Senior/Lead BA in a large scale Investment Banking implementation


    ·         Good understanding of Agile practices (Writing detailed Jira stories)


    ·         Experience in performing analysis using various tools, like excel, Word, PPT, Visios and present the same to relevant stakeholders


    ·         Understanding of Agile, Scrum and associate software’s like Jira, Confluence.


    ·         Need to be a good Team Leader with People Management & Problem Solving skills


    ·         Good time-management skills


    ·          Great interpersonal and communication skills i.e. both verbal & written


    ·          Ability to manage conflicting business requirements and project scope.


    ·         Ability to escalate risks, issues and dependencies to Project Management.


    ·         A delivery-orientated approach to both individually assigned tasks and projects at all times. 


    ·          


    Global Banking and Primary markets experience would be preferred but is not a pre-requisite if the applicant has good financial products or portfolio management experience.


     


    Relevant experience of 7 years


    ·         Supporting Project Managers within the department.


    ·         Working independently and as part of a team.


    ·         Building on best practice.


    ·         Review of defects and their prioritisation


    ·         Ensure deliverables fulfil business requirements and quality levels.


    ·         Develop a strategy to monitor and continuously refine the quality of reports and dashboards. Help identify likely quality problems ahead of time.


    ·         Validate features and data for the dashboards.


    ·         Provide feedback on usability.


    ·         Hands on working experience of working in an Agile project


    ·         Full life cycle Business Analysis experience from requirements definition through to implementation within a business facing IT environment
