  • 4+ years of strong experience in developing Work Load Patte
    s, Estimations, Develop Performance Strategy and implement them.
  • Strong expertise in load test tools – Jmeter, APM tools like Dynatrace, App Dynamics Experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Performance trouble shooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred.
  • Ability to identify performance bottlenecks from issues – complement development team in speedy analysis/root cause of performance issues is preferred.
  • Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component owners (network, database, app dev, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.) is a plus
  • Owning the performance Engineering Activities for all the projects
  • PT Requirement gathering.
  • Liaising with various Project teams with respect to Performance Area
  • Providing weekly/Daily status reports to various Client and Wipro stakeholders
  • Owning the interactions with Customer and Development teams during Root Cause Analysis to provide inputs required from performance perspective
  • Technical involvement in requirements capture, scenario/KPIs, APM Configuration and setup, performance monitoring, analysis and reporting
  • Guiding Performance test engineers in design, Development and execution
  • Configuration in application performance monitoring tool
