• Job Description

  Cognos Devleoper with relevent 3-4 years of experience.

   

  • The person should have COGNOS CA11 report development experience along with Framework manager. Need to have strong SQL knowledge and query optimization techniques.
  • Working experience on Star/Snow flake schema models development
  • Experience in DMR (Dimensional modelling)
  • Experience in Macros, Parameter Maps model development
  • Working Experience in Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio
  • Should have strong knowledge in developing SQL based Reports
  • Cubes development/support experience is added advantage
  • Should have experience in working with Clients directly for the given requirements
  • Knowledge on CI/CD pipeline for Cognos is added advantage
  • Migration of  BI reports to new environment
  • Strong in analyzing the issues and finding the root causes

   

  Mandatory Skills:
  1.    DB2 and SQL, Teradata
  2.    Strong knowledge of Cognos V11
  3.    Good Communication and Interpretation Skills

  Optional Skills:
        Control M, Other reporting tools (Qlikview, Tableau, Power BI)

  Relevant Experience: 
  ?    3 - 4 years
