• Job Description

   

  Configuration / Re-Configuration of the systems, Client Application Installation

  · Configuration will include IP Setting, browser settings for various applications, migration of data from old desktops to new desktops, E-mail Client Configuration and configuration of add on devices such as printers, Scanners etc.

  · Any problem related with OS Maintenance, reloading of OS with all device drivers, OS upgrade, device drivers, system configuration and network configuration (if required) shall be attended to and rectified by the MSP. The MSP shall also keep a copy of all device drivers, firmware updates etc.

  · Re-installation of Operating System, Applications, System Software etc.
