Domain : Statistics & Program Implementation
Knowledge of: Consumer Price Index, Index of Industrial Production, Computerized Monitoring System etc.
IT professional who is responsible for troubleshooting the software applications a customer/division uses and ensuring that helpdesk/service desk tickets are resolved in a timely fashion. In a large enterprise, an ASE the resource will act as a subject matter expert for hand-holding developed applications to the division on the ground.
Should have good knowledge of support processes
Must be: B. Tech/MCA etc.
Should have worked for the Ministry of Statistics & Program Implementation.
Technical knowledge of Liferay, SQL Server shall be an advantage
