  Job Title: Product Owner Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who has a strong background in managing payments/lending and fintech products. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the lending and fintech industry, trends, and customer needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals. • Create user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria that guide product development. • Ensure the development team has a clear understanding of the product vision, features, and requirements. • Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos. • Work with the development team to ensure product features are developed and delivered on time and with high quality. • Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure product features meet customer needs and requirements. • Monitor product metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership. Qualifications: • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the payments/lending and fintech industry. • Strong understanding of payment processing, lending, and regulatory requirements. • Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders. • Ability to prioritize product features and roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals. • Expert in Documentation with clarity.
