  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related disciplines is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment and tools is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Performance Testing tools like Silk Performer, HP Load Runner, Performance Centre, JMeter and SoapUI
  • Hands-on experience with designing Performance test scenarios, preparing test scripts & carrying out test execution using performance testing tools.
  • Knowledge of profiling tools to identify bottlenecks in CPU, Memory, Network, etc.
  • Experience in Operational readiness testing, CPU, physical memory, and disk usage analysis
  • Knowledge and understanding of at least one database such as Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL etc. and programming/scripting languages like Java/Python.
  • Experience in performing simulation or lab experimentation to analyse product performance.
  • Coding experience with any program language like Java or C#.
  • Proven ability in HTTP, HTTPS, and TCP/IP performance considerations
