  Skills Required :-

  • Testing and debugging skills on ServiceNow platform. 
  • Testing on ServiceNow modules customization. 
  • End to End Testing of Business workflows
  • Experience in ServiceNow testing.
  • Experience in testing various modules within ServiceNow (e. g. Change, Incident, Knowledge, Problem, CMDB) Keep Management updated of progress or report issues.
  • Testing experience on Service Catalog.
  • Knowledge of workflows in various ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalogue, IT Asset Management, CMDB).
  • Should be able to do Test Case Design, Test Planning and Test Strategies.
  • Good understanding of STLC.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
