Job Description:

• Job Title : Project Manager
  Location : Pune
  Contract Duration: 8 Months
  Shift timings : 12.30PM to 9.30PM IST
  Interview : 2 rounds
  
  Project Overview:
  Paragon is the new SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) for Northe
  Trust which is now being implemented. Paragon has been in development and is now ready to be deployed and to be used by all the groups in the company. We need a project manager to take on the implementation in the technology groups. Overall experience of 8 years is needed.
  
  Contractor’s Role, Tasks & responsibilities:
  Project Manage the projects under Paragon and update the Paragon Repository.
  1. Oversee projects implementation – 50%
  2. Updating the Paragon SDLC as per evolving needs - 20- 25%
  3. Project monitoring & Compliance – 25%
  
  Experience Level:
  Mid , 8+ years of Experience
  Level 3, 8+ years
  
  Qualifications:
  Minimum Graduation Level
  
  Must have skills (3 years experience needed):
  Project Management of USD 1 Million
  Experience on Agile projects
  Knowledge of SDLC
  
  Nice to Haves:
  Financial industry exposure
  
  Candidate should have their own laptop.
