  Skill: Technical Business Analyst

   

   

  Primary Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as IT business analyst. Previous experience as a software developer would be plus.
  • Must to have good analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Should have a basic knowledge about sql/oracle scripting.
  • Should have knowledge about agile framework.
  • Experience with requirement analysis & Preparing approach documents
  • Experience in performing UAT & managing user acceptance testing
  • Basics of banking domain
  • Creating flow chart and process documentation .

  Good to have Skills:

  • Use of tool like Postman tool /Dynatrace /Kibana (EFK)
  • Debugging using Developer tools
  • Basis understanding for OCP (Open shift container platform ) .
  • Good knowledge on Software Development life cycle and testing terminologies
  • Good to have experience on build and release processes
  • Ability to think analytically and logically
  • Collaborative team spirit
  • JIRA and Confluence
  • Linux/Unix Commands
