• Job Description

  Manage user stories and requirements

  · Work closely with Abbott stakeholders and ServiceNow leads to build requested items and tasks using workflows

  · Customizes forms, workflows, IU action, Business Rules, Service Portal, reporting and Service Catalog

  · Participate in the daily scrum meetings and other related agile ceremonies

  · ServiceNow development to configure/ customization as per requirement: Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflow administration, report/analytics setup, and data imports.

  · Develop code and configuration updates across ServiceNow development and production environments, including planning, testing, and change management.

  · Utilize update sets in ServiceNow, and execute changes requests as per the documented deployment plans

  · Unit Testing and Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  · The developer will make forms for customer self service capabilities. Upon submission/approval, the developer will need to create workflows in integration hub to create appropriate documentation in change controls and call automation or orchestration tools to facilitate the execution of that automation
