    Our Client has a Technology that incorporates the use of Public Cloud in order to meet the growing market demand for speed to market, delivery flexibility and improved customer experiences. The greater use of Public Cloud presents the requirement to understand and deliver the necessary changes to the IT gove
    ance landscape. The use of public Cloud impacts the existing third party management processes in a way unlike traditional vendors. As services migrate or are created, the relationship with the 3rd party dynamically changes creating unique gove
    ance needs. To ensure the Technology Strategy can be delivered efficiently and effectively, updates will be required to existing third party management processes.

     

     

     

    Job Description:

     

    ·         Evaluating regional gove
    ance IT and third party management processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.

     

    ·         The BA will work with Cloud Architects and Cloud SMEs to define local cloud gove
    ance requirements.

     

    ·         Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

     

    ·         Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and mode
    ize systems.

     

    ·         Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

     

    ·         Performing requirements analysis.

     

    ·         Documenting and communicating the results of analysis.

     

    ·         Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

     

    ·         Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing insightful reports.

     

    ·         Working closely with leadership team.

     

    ·         Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

     

    ·         Performing user acceptance testing.

     

    ·         Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures and associated documentation

     

    ·         Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

     

    ·         Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

    al control standards, including timely implementation of inte

    al audit points together with any issues raised by exte

    ·         The jobholder will also adhere to and be able to demonstrate adherence to inte
    al controls. This will be achieved by adherence to all relevant procedures, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, by driving the timely implementation of inte
    al and exte
    al audit points, including issues raised by exte
    al regulators, and inte
    ally identified IT security risks.

     

    ·         The jobholder will implement the group compliance policy by containing compliance risk in liaison with Global Head of Compliance, Global Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer. The term ‘compliance’ embraces all relevant financial services laws, rules and codes with which the business has to comply.

     

    ·         This will be achieved by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures and by liaising with compliance department about new business initiatives at the earliest opportunity. Also and when applicable, by ensuring adequate resources

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Experience & Candidate Background

     

    ·         A bachelor’s degree in business or related field

     

    ·         A minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Service Management.

     

    ·         Good understanding and exposure to the Cloud technologies and cloud service providers - GCP, AWS, Azure.

     

    ·         Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

     

    ·         The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

     

    ·         Advanced technical skills.

     

    ·         Excellent documentation skills.

     

    ·         Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

     

    ·         Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

     

     

     

    ·         A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
