  Skills Must have –

  BS (with 7-9 years experience) in Computer Science or related field

  Write clean C# code in a team-first environment and actively contribute to feature code reviews

  Fluent SQL skills

  Windows/.NET/IIS expertise (working knowledge is insufficient)

  Practice a teaching, customer service-oriented approach to mentoring team members

  Own the planning and execution of team commitments

  JMeter, MS SQL Profiler experience a plus

   

  Skills good to have –

  Expert tester

  Seek to understand the broader context of any change (business context, upstream and downstream dependencies, production and lower environment implications, complexity of the code change - including complexity of surrounding legacy code)

  Apply relevant testing and mathematically based strategies to achieve optimal coverage

  Be a versatile communicator with a diverse audience

  Focus more on tool-assisted testing over automation frameworks

  Approach challenges with a problem-solving bias; embrace the opportunity to apply a methodical approach to a wide array of challenges
