  L1 Deliverables:

  §  CPU, Memory monitoring

  §  Disk management - creating partitions for the different types of servers

  §  Disk space management for OS partition(s)

  §  Monitoring Backup schedule & job

  §  Tape handling

  §  User account management

  §  Review of daily/weekly/monthly checklist

  §  Reinstallations raise due to incidents

  §  Vendor coordination

  §  Incident / Request Fulfillment
