Key responsibilities
Responsible for Deployment, end-to-end execution and implementation of Splunk tools
Should perform in-depth diagnostic of incident on any specific application and identify the root cause of problems.
Should document resolved issues in an effective manner for knowledge management, cross-train peers with tool usage and assist in creation of best-practices, work independently on multiple assignments, proactively prioritizing focus and effort
Should be presenting and demonstrating Application Performance Management to the prospective clients
Key Skills
Should have good hands on knowledge of Installation , administration and implementation of the Splunk App for ITSI
Should have hands on
IT service Intelligence – experience in SPLUNK for Server monitoring – Windows and Unix
KPI creation
Event Correlation
Trouble shooting of ITSA
Develop dashboards
Integration of Splunk with APM or other tools
Hands on experience on various market leading APM tools, remarkable involvement in Techno-Presales Activities and Solution Designing of various Enterprise IT Performance Management Products:
Good to have Skills
Any APM Tools experience and Certification especially Dynatrace/ AppDynamics / New Relic
Python scripting, Dockers , Kube
etes , DevOps tools like Ansible , Jenkins , Chef , Puppet
