  JD:

  1. Production Support experience for Event Framework/Java/J2EE/Spring/Springboot based applications.
  2. Application troubleshoot experience at various OSI layers.
  3. Experience on Logging, Monitoring and Alerting tools like Splunk, Dynatrace etc.
  4. Experience on Cloud/VM based application’s CI/CD via Jenkins.
  5. Understanding on an API/Event gateway patte
     and load balancers. Blue Green deployments.
  6. Web and Infrastructure Security along with Authentication/Authorization.
  7. SOAP/REST webservices.
  8. Databases :- Postgres, Cassandra & Redis.
  9. ITIL process - Incident, change, WO, Problem Management
  10. Attention to Root cause analysis and remediation.
  11. Rotational Oncall Support
