Technical-Functional Breadth and Depth
o 5 years of experience as Workday Implementation Consultant including integrations and report writing experience.
o BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineer or related fields or equivalent experience
o Fundamental skills in scripting, coding and automation in applicable languages
o Proficient in relational database concepts and can apply knowledge of an object-oriented program
o Knowledge of security/access control design and assess feasibility of technical/ security changes and their impact.
o Knowledge of system integration and APIs across platforms
o Knowledge of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Automate Flows and Power BI)
o Basic skills in REST / SOAP APIs, test links with postman, and publish
o Proficient in requirement spec, design, unit/functional test, acceptance tests
o Experience in Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, and DevOps processes and tools would be a plus
o Knowledge of Chevron business domains (goals and objectives, environment, functions, value streams, key performance indicators, vocabulary, and work processes)
o Experience in providing support services to Chevron operating companies and business units
o Understands how IT delivers value to the enterprise and can bridge communications between IT and business partners effectively
