  • 14-18 years of exp
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Bangalore/Willing to relocate to Bangalore
  • 5-6 years as a PM in Application Development/Software Development Projects
  • Must have experience in Creating and managing the Complete Budget & Finance of the Project and should describe the same in the CV. (In USD how much was the budget).
  • There Should not be any Gaps in the Employment
  • Budget & Finance
  • Stakeholder &Vendor Mgmt.
  • Tier I Companies
  • Oil & Gas Domain exp – Good to have (not mandatory)

   

  Keypointers  to be checked before sharing the profiles

  • Must be in Project Manager Role for 5+ years
  • Must have handled Application development Projects
  • NO Scrum Master/ITIL/Change Management/Infra profiles/Support
  • Notice Period  - Immediate  - 30 Days  
  • Good/ Strong Communication
  • Stakeholder Management Experience preferably form UK/US/NL
  • Experience in Budgeting n Finance
  • Must be from Tier 1 company
  • Experience Total  Minimum 14- 15 yrs

   

  1. The Resource must have worked with Senior Stakeholders from Different Geographies ( Preferably UK/US /NL)
  2. The Resource should have extensive experience on Risk Gove
     ance, Financial Management, and should be able to describe completely about the same . Also he should know the Difference between Risk and Issue.
  3. As a PM he should have solely managed the Complete financials of the App Dev project . He should know have experience in Doing calculations, Planning and have complete knowledge of Business Values.
  4. The resource would be required to put a Strong Gove
     ance Structure.
  5. He should be able to talk to Stakeholders on Change of Budget .
  6. He should be able to do Agile Estimation.
  7. He would be solely responsible and Accountable for Everything E2E in the Project , Other words he would be the Owner of the Project. ( Experience in Managing Budget Vs Actuals)
  8. He would be solely framing and allocating the Budget and financials from the beginning to the end of the project.
  9. He should be able to Challenge the Stakeholders.
  10. Must be having 5 + years in Core Project management

   

   

  Note    : Pls donot share Infra PMs, Support PM/ Scrum Masters/ Resource management Pms/ or people who are on Director/ Senior  levels and are not working as Individual contributors.
