  We are looking for Non-Functional tester with 5+ years of experience

  • Research, analyze performance needs and develop appropriate non-functional testing strategy, defining the health parameters to be captured and analyzed
  • Gather and assess the Non-Functional Requirements (NFR)
  • Prepare performance test plans, estimating effort and schedule for the engagement
  • Be responsible for setting up data, tools, databases to enable NFT
  • Conduct performance and functional testing in an agile environment across applications and interfacing systems.
  • Experience in using Manual/automated test tools for Functional and / or Performance, Stability and Scalability, Usability testing using LoadRunner, JMeter.
  • Develop and execute automated system testing scripts leveraging Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Develop test scripts and load models for performance testing based on system requirements, processes, and user stories.
  • Ability to parameterize load, spike, stress and soak tests.
  • Hands on Experience with performance monitoring tools
  • Ensure that performance testing results are accurately reported and documented, collaborating across system development teams to troubleshoot and identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Delivering NFT reports – status, performance metrics and recommendation
  • Provide technical guidance to team members
