Job Description:

  • Location: Pune(needs to source candidate from Pune location only)
    Experience: Relevant experience Level: Level 5
    Shift timings – Week Days (6 AM IST to 3 PM IST, 12 PM IST to 9 PM IST ), Weekend (On call – On a rotational basis – once every 4 weeks . For both Saturday and Sunday, two compoff will be provided)
     
    . Project Overview: Digital Support(Money movement TLA - Production support)
     
    - Acknowledge, Triage & escalate incidents in a timely manner.
    - Independently Manage high-impact and critical production incidents with minimal guidance.
    - Understand, troubleshoot, and mitigate issues on multiple technology platforms like Java, Spring boot, Reactjs, Web logic, PCF, Microservices & Oracle, and Unix.
    - Knowledge of automated job scheduling tools(Preferred Control-M)
    - Knowledge of Cloud/PCF
    - Maintain knowledgebase of known issues, batch failures & support technique
    - Identify the Incident trends, Analyse repetitive issues and provide recommendations for the temporary/permanent fix and Automate the manual activities.
    - Experience in Incident management, understanding of the ticket workflows, and use of escalation process.
     
    4. Qualifications: [Bachelor\'s degree/MCA]
    5. Must have skills : [Hands on Exp on ORACLE/MSSQL, JAVA, Application Support]
    6. Nice to Haves: [Catchpoint, APM, SiteScope, Dynatrace, AZURE]
     
    - Bachelor\'s degree/MCA in Computer science or higher as well as a related field of study.
    - 4-7 years of professional experience in IT support with hands-on experience in Application & Batch support.
    - Acknowledge, Triage & escalate incidents in a timely manner.
    - Independently Manage high-impact and critical production incidents with minimal guidance.
    - Understand, troubleshoot, and mitigate issues on multiple technology platforms like Java, Spring boot, Reactjs, Web logic, PCF, Microservices & Oracle, and Unix.
