  Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  Strong business/Data analysis skills covering requirement gathering, elicitation skills, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, ability to translate the high level data / business requirements into functional solution,  design and Data Mapping, act as a liaison between Business and technical teams to bridge any gaps and assist the business teams & technical teams to successfully deliver the projects. Should be an individual contributor with good understanding of the SDLC & Agile methodologies.
