Overall 5-8 years of experience
Min 5 years of experience in SDLC, Agile Methodologies and feature driven methods.
Min 3 years of experience in BFSI/Capital market domain.
Min 3 years of experience in Code/Functionality reviews and consistent delivery.
Knowledge in compliance or regulatory projects is a big plus
Stakeholder management – More than 1 PO to deal with at a Senior level at UBS. When there are conflicting views on a features being developed, we need someone that can stand their ground, facilitate any open discussion, and assist in coming to a solution.
Some Dev background/ Experience in being a tech BA – This Pod is earmarked to handle the data sourcing for the whole solution.
