  • Minimum 3 to 7 years of Relevant Exp in production support
  • Good experience in L1/L2/L3 support
  • Good Experience and knowledge in Unix and Oracle SQL
  • Knowledge of any defect management tool like JIRA.
  • Basic knowledge of any alert ticketing and logging tool like Tivoli , Splunk , Geneos etc.
  • Experience in Unix shell scripting.
  • Experience in Banking and Finance will be given preference.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL principles like Incident Management , Problem management , Change management etc..
  • Good to have Service-Now tool skill.
