• Job Description

  SuccessFactors Recruiting or EC certified consultant.
  The consultant should have done at least 2 large scale implementation for SuccessFactors customers in Recruiting or EC area.
  Knowledge of languages and locales are available in the SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite is a must have.
  Should have worked in at least 2 multi language translation projects for SuccessFactors.
  The consultant should be able to drive and lead the discussions on language translations with the business process owners of the customer independently and suggest approaches based on the leading practice.
  Consultant should be hands on with the configuration and should know the deliverables associated with the SAP Activate methodology.
  Minimum 3years SuccessFactors Recruiting or EC experience is a must have.
