SuccessFactors Recruiting certified consultant.
The consultant should have done atleast 3 large scale implementation for SuccessFactors customers in Recruiting Marketing and Recruiting Posting area.
Knowledge of how Recruiting is integrated with RMK and Job Board Integrations using Recruiting posting is a must.
The consultant should be able to drive and lead the discussions with the business process owners of the customer independently and suggest solution based on the leading practice.
Consultant should be able to think creatively and propose solutions/ workarounds which are scalable, matches and aligns with the overall product strategy.
Consultant should be hands on with the configuration and should know the deliverables associated with the SAP Activate methodology.
Minimum SF Recruiting experience of 3yrs in SF RMK and Recruiting Posting is a must.
