  1 Job Role Responsibility/Designation · Experience in Banking operations (Client Due Diligence, payments, trade, markets or other) · High-level understanding of transaction review process · Experience in Banking domain · High-level understanding of transaction review process + Trade · Manage and/or resolve alerts/cases · Raise, analyse and implement process improvements · Provide MIS status Reporting · Responsible for SLAs, escalations & performance matrix and team management · Support all control checks undertaken by FCC under the Operational Risk Framework · Track significant issues arising from FCC metrics, FCC Assurance activities, Audit reviews and regulatory inspections, providing validation of issue closure where necessary · Maintain and recommend (for approval by the relevant Risk Committee), appropriate processes aligning with relevant regulatory requirements · Produce reports that help the bank identify and manage emerging areas of risk / vulnerability and thus drive remediation action · Provide leadership, management and coaching to direct reports
