  This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, the ideal candidate should have the relevant field with good hands-on including  installing, configuring, upgrading, patching, and managing Oracle Database 19c, Data warehousing and EBS 12.2+ environments:

   

   

  
  
  

  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills

   

  • Should have worked on Oracle Exadata Servers in a highly customer focused database administration team, 24x7 environment support in Dev/Test/prod environments

   

  • Strong Performance tuning skills Query level tuning / DB tuning / Memory level tuning in DataWarehousing Infrastructure.

   

  • Expert knowledge, Setup, Troubleshooting in Oracle Database 19c with Multitenant Architecture, Goldengate, Oracle RAC, Oracle ASM, Data Guard, RMAN Backup & Recovery

   

  • DB Upgrades 12.1.0.2 to 19c along with Grid Upgrades with at least 2 DB RAC Nodes on ASM with CDB/PDB Conversion – Multitenant Architecture Model.

   

  • Installed Agent and discovered Target Nodes in OEM 13c

   

  • Enhancement For CDB/PDB Databases & Bug Fixes for Production Database

   

  • EBS Upgrades from 12.1.3 to 12.2+, EBS Administration, EBS environment Cloning, EBS adop patch application cycles

   

  • Conducted performance tuning in day to day in EBS 12.2+ Concurrent Programs, Batch Monitoring long running jobs, provide recommendations on SQL Tuning,  identify problematic SQLs, Explain Plan, SQL  Profiles, troubleshooting , backup/recovery, and scalability/capacity planning, in addition to SQL, PL/SQL, and UNIX shell scripting

   

  • Implement and support databases, storage systems, high-availability, replication, encryption, backup-recovery, and cross-region disaster recovery solutions.

   

  • Monitors and reports Database, Read replica, and Server activities for CPU, Memory, and Cache, logs performance, and advises on effective resource utilization/emergency recovery procedures.

   

  • Benchmark, analyze, report, and recommend improvements to Database infrastructure, DWH including poorly performing queries, recurring incidents, index optimization, locking, hardware or network issues.

   

  • Executes schema conversion and data migration activities

   

  • Should have good knowledge and hands-on in Cloud Technology like OCI, AWS, etc

   

  • Responds to database alerts and takes necessary action as needed.

   

  • Review DBA Critical Changes  Production/Non-Production Changes, ServiceNow tickets, Incidents, based upon which, final DBA approvals and cross-team approvals are done.

   

  • Oracle Demantra Reorganization, troubleshooting issues and Administration, Upgrades

   

  • Security administration including TDE Wallet configurations, user account maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting databases.

   

  • Experience implementing high availability features of Oracle Database 19c, AWR Reports understanding and provide appropriate recommendations

   

  • Experience in Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 11g/12c/13c is a plus.

   

  • Good understanding of support processes.

   

  • Ability to manage escalated technical situations & develop action plans.

   

  • Ability to spot proactive services that benefits customers.

   

  • Ability to facilitate issues with production, Development and Support environments

   

  • Good at  Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.

   

  • Owned the issue, Troubleshooted, Documented and shared the fix for the issue DBA Team ( onsite and offshore ) 

   

  • Good hand-on experience in  SOA Middleware, troubleshooting issues, Upgrades

   

  • Goldengate Setup, configuration, Administration, Upgrades

   

  • SSO Setup, configuration, Upgrades

   

  • Good Hands-on in OBIEE
