• Job Description

  Draft and execute Management of Change Plans for Mode
  Platforms, Technologies, and processes; determine adequate marketing and communications channels

  • Establish or use existing guidelines for tone, style and voice of all brand content

  • Produce Mode
  Applications Newsletter twice a month

  • Partner with subject matter experts and write success stories for mode
  technologies, write articles on strategy service offering, and best practices

  • Market and facilitate Mode
  Applications & Platforms Community events

  • Produce weekly awareness content on corporate social media

  • Periodically develop or update brand strategy

  • Measure and analyze what is working and is not working in regards to communication and marketing efforts

  • Partner with Leadership to write key organizational communications and bimonthly bulletins.

  • Research and lea
  complex technical concepts (cloud computing, Cl/CD. APIS, Containers, Mode
  Authentication) as needed to produce content & conduct market research to understand needs of customer base

  • Create content using sound UX principles and publish content using existing CMS as needed on websites

  • Create and maintain editorial calendar

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Lea
  ing product team and assist with other communication priorities
