    Mandatory:

    -                      Experience within Identity and Access Management (User Lifecycle management)

    -                      Basic working knowledge on SQL.

    -                      Work on the tickets/incidents/emails/requests for specific projects, progress issues and escalate where necessary.

    -                      Regularly review IAM production support processes in order to identify ways to improve efficiency.

    -                      Deliver according to agreed KPI / SLA.

    -                      Demonstrate improvement in tu

    -                      Coordinate actively with the other support teams working in multiple projects and provide support/coaching.

    -                      Adoption and use of Service management standards and processes

    -                      Attend project update meetings/standup calls/customer meetings, deliver updates and escalate any known issues and conce
    s.

    -                      Adherence to mandatory objectives.

    -                      Good communication skills, both written and verbal is mandatory.

    -                      Good evaluation and analysis skills, awareness of importance of defects found during testing, based on impact and priority.

    -                      Should be well versed with ITIL concepts and more specific understanding of Service operations activities.

    Desired:

    -                      Knowledge / experience on SailPoint IdentityIQ

    -                      Knowledge / experience on Microsoft Windows Server platform.

    -                      Knowledge / experience on Active Directory services and its related services i.e. ADLDS.

    -                      Knowledge / experience on One Identity Manager.

    -                      Knowledge on MS Excel.

    -                      Working experience on reporting/stats projection.

    -                      Agile methodology.

    -                      Good knowledge and experience of the service management process

    -                      Good relationship management skills to work with a wide range of inte

    al developers/ architects and management with conflicting priorities.

    -                      A strong team player who is highly collaborative recognizing their specialized role in the department and acknowledging other areas and individual roles and responsibilities.
