  TITLE: BIM Revit Modeler – Architectural, Structural, MEP

   

  LOCATION: Hyderabad-India

  Contract JC : 1958572

  JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Managing projects and responsible for the time management and quality of the assigned project or task.
  • Should be good in understanding of Residential, commercial, Industrial and mixed use Structures.
  • Should be good in understanding Construction drawings and confident enough to get it produced by team without further supervision.
  • Should have good visualization in 3D modeling and detailing.
  • Should be proactive, be orientated, and be responsible with quality
  • To follow instructions and schedule prepared by Project Leader.

  EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 to 5 Years’ experience in Revit Architecture must working in a capacity of Team Leader/Team member for varies scale Revit modeling and documentation projects.
  • Ability to create structural and MEP As built modeling
  • Ability to create various types of Reports and Schedules
  • Ability to develop Revit families
  • An understanding of Construction processes and methods
  • Sound knowledge of design principles and Construction drawings
  • Should come with good modeling experience based on an excellent technical background

  QUALIFICATION:

  • Architect
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Mechanical/Architectural/Civil full time in a reputed organization

  OTHER SKILLS:

  • Good Knowledge of AutoCAD and Knowledge of Civil 3D, STADD Pro, Sketch up are addition.
  • Should have good communication skills (oral and written) in English.
  • Ability to understand Structural and other Building Drawings
  • Should be proactive, be orientated, and be responsible with quality
  • Candidates should have the desire to work as part of a larger team – usually assuming the communication and problem solving lead to ensure that projects are completed to acceptable levels of standard and in line with budgets and should be well organized and be an excellent communicator with your peers as well as our customers.
  • Knowledge of enterprise level project workflows and collaboration with other team consultants.
  • Good people and time-management skills coupled with multi-tasking ability.
