  •       Experience on planning functional processes and technical knowledge on Hyperion Planning, FDMEE and DRM, and EPM best practices. •       Excellent client interaction and customer management, Good Communication skills •       Managing the onshore-offshore team, customer meetings, issues, and escalations •       Experience in understanding and capturing business requirements, requirement elicitation and conducting training sessions for the customer user base •       Should be able to hand hold the customer during UAT sessions •       Decent Knowledge of Integration - Data Transfer across Hyperion applications(FDMEE/Data Management) •       Lead the gathering of business requirements for enhancements and new developments of the Hyperion Planning applications. •       Responsible for working with CS Product Leads and other customer stake holders (business, IT), Wipro Technical Leads and developers in delivering functionality through an Agile delivery methodology •       Responsible for delivering and supporting end to end Hyperion applications and solutions •       Work as a Product Lead and ensure User stories are complete, assigned to developers and manage end to end sprints. •       Providing functional expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing solutions that meet user requirements by utilizing the Hyperion Planning platform. •       Ability to translate from model- building in Excel to multi- dimensional technologies. •       Perform Hyperion Planning system setup & configuration and maintain planning and financial templates. •       Independently provide system solutions to Hyperion Planning issues and enhancements •       Independently identify areas of improvement and makes recommendations. Effective and innovative ideas to drive efficiency, automation, and cost savings
